UAPTF REPORTS: THE LOCUST OF CONTROL

THE ISSUE OF RELEASING information on ‘Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon’ (UAP), brings more questions than it does answers. The history of how this bizarre phenomenon was handled within the realms of extreme classification undoubtedly led to unverifiable conspiracies about recovered flying discs in secret hangers, alien bodies kept in deep underground bases and advanced technology that defies physics, gravity and rational thinking. The way government agencies keep this secret is a problem, it means that in the public sphere we have unverifiable stories and nothing more. No tangible, quantifiable evidence or hard data that would support the claims of such whistleblowers. And yet sightings occur every year, from every area of every country. The reports are patterned, detailed and of amazingly shaped technological craft that should be unable to fly from the way they appear and in the way that they do. This dynamic leads most scientists to laugh off witnesses as crazy, or the incidents as hoaxes or possibly even misidentified. The issue with this, however, is time. Seventy plus years of time have provided us with patterns within the data. Similar shaped objects are reported but with different people from different cultures from different countries, separated by lifespans, continents and decades.  You might ask, as I did, how can this happen? How can the biggest issue in human history be misinterpreted and downplayed? The answer is simple.

It was classified by governments and stigmatised by society.

You might ask why didn’t the governments of the world acknowledge the phenomenon for what it most probably is…non-human. And by that, I mean it possibly isn’t extraterrestrial but it certainly is alien to us.

What you might find is that the psychological barriers that hold up the secrecy of this issue are your own. You are the reason this was kept secret, your fear of being labelled and ridiculed for taking an interest and mocked for not asking rational questions. It is your fear of change, your fear of the unknown.

And by ‘you’ I mean the western world, I mean the human condition, I mean our need to be accepted in a sociology of beleaguered societal psychology. It is basically the creation of stigma as a control measure, a methodology we have subconsciously applied to protect our fragile ego. Additionally, I have to say that the political and religious connotations of the UAP (UFO) issue have significantly impacted how world governments approached the issue. As Luis Elizondo would say, ‘No one wants to be the UFO person.’ What do you think happened historically when this issue came to someone’s desk in a position of political power?

Nothing.

Not until the past three to five years anyways. Despite this, the recent engagement of the Senate Select Committee for Intelligence (SSCI), a congressional oversight committee of the Department of Defense, by Navy Pilots, has shown there actually is a phenomena that is in our oceans, in our skies and on the edge of where our atmosphere ends. It, whatever it is, hides on the edge of our consciousness. We are infected by UAP and yet we won’t accept that we are sick.

It’s just that we simply do not know what they are, and until most recently, they have gone unacknowledged.

Now, there is nothing that can be done. The data has been processed, a Task Force, should it do what it is meant to, will give congress the evidence it needs to create an official program that investigates these anomalous things. However, the unclassified report will include a classified annex, which basically means anything really juicy will be held back.

But what do we really know so far about UAP? What can we trust as genuine data in a world of ‘fake news’ and a topic that has historically been plagued by misinformation and disinformation? To answer this question we should examine what has been reported so far.

The Debrief news outlet, for example reported that two intelligence reports pertaining to be from the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force (UAPTF) have been released to NSANET (that five eyes and GCHQ access), DOD’s Secret Internet Protocol Router Network - SIPRNet and the CIA’s Intelink system. This is a massive step forward, consider that for all those previous years and decades the western intelligence community had nothing official on UAP to analyse and consequently openly shared nothing between the five eyes. As of 2018, some of this data has been made available (some debate still ongoing as to the classified nature and who has access to what), but generally, yes, data is being shared behind the scenes, which is something that was confirmed to me by persons who would be in a position to know this.

We now have two intelligence reports to consider on UAPs. One released in 2018 and the other in 2020, according to the intelligence sources of The Debrief. The reports went viral across the intelligence community.

Tim McMillan’s article, ‘Fast-Walkers and Transmedium Vehicles: The Pentagon’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force,’ highlighted various interesting things about the UAPTF report, none more so than the observed UAP technology that include ‘Transmedium travel’.

What I personally found most eye catching was the report that the UAPTF are allegedly considering the origin of such craft, and that might actually extend this technology to beyond human. Meaning given the extreme technology involved, these UAP might be operated by something besides Russia or China.

Essentially, UAPTF aren’t conclusively or openly saying that they consider UAP to be ‘extraterrestrial’, and neither are Christopher Mellon or the Navy for that matter. And for the sake of objective scientific scrutiny, all options must be considered, given the serious threat to national security that such an alleged radical technology displays. This is verified by U.S. Senators on record, despite ‘pseudosceptics’ and other internet Gurus refusing to accept the possibility of anything ‘anomalous’. However, the technology reported in both the U.S.S. Nimitz (2004) and the U.S.S. Roosevelt (2014/15) incursions by multiple Navy Pilots, Radar Operators, Military Officers and Intelligence Agents of white, forty foot long ‘Tic-Tacs’, ‘Cubes within Spheres’ and ‘Flying Discs’, is for lack of a better term, alien to us.

These craft are reported to have been performing ‘impossible manoeuvres’, stopping then rotating in mid air without losing altitude, zipping around making sharpe right hand turns, reaching incredible speeds from a dead-stop and all without signatures, wings, rotators, exhaust and any describable means of thrust propulsion.

And then there is the transmedium travel ability.

‘Transmedium’ propulsion technology is also alien to us, at least it is something we don’t have in the civilian world of propulsion technology.

One of the AATIP (Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program) ‘Five Observables’, is transmedium travel where the UAP has been reported moving easily in and out of different environments, such as space, the earth’s atmosphere and even water.

The word from some in the intelligence community, is that there is a specific military incursion in 2019 that involved a black triangle (the Anomalous Aerial Vehicle was described as a large equilateral triangle with rounded or “blunted” edges and large, perfectly spherical white “lights” in each corner – The Debrief). The reports and description of the black triangle closely resemble those of historical civilian databases and research.

The research of David Marler have shown that these ‘TR-3B’ styled triangles have been reported consistently for decades. The appearance of the TR-3B/Locust goes back to the Belgium wave in the 1990s. A quick Internet search shows photos and pictures everywhere, more so than any other UFO shape.

The black triangle was also referenced by the questionable claims of Edgar Fouche (an alleged Area 51 employee) and even mentioned in the fictional Sekret Machines literary franchise of To The Stars Academy.

The reports of the black triangle go back as far as the 1960s on the North East of England, one might speculate the nuclear power stations at Sellafield and Hartlepool could be associated. Then a recent case close to my home town of Middlesbrough, a huge black triangle UAP hovered over the A-19 and loosely fit the description of the UAPTF intelligence report.

Without doubt, the black triangle is often associated with black operations, a secret technology hidden in special access programs and used for reconnaissance. It is often thought to be part of the Lockheed Martin programs which developed the F-117 nighthawk stealth bomber and various other military tech.

The crossover with regard to the TR-3B, otherwise known as the Locust (Black Triangle), and it’s amazing transmedium abilities have led many to think the black triangle is human technology, that we have somehow managed to create a technology that is so radical that it would appear alien to us in the civilian world. If we do indeed have this technology, it means it is classified and the technology/physics suppressed. But we simply don’t know that. Senator Marco Rubio who sits on the Senate Select Committee for Intelligence (SSCI) stated in July 2020 that this observed UAP technology isn’t that of America. It would seem that if such technology was made by humans and hidden in a highly classified program, it would additionally have no congressional oversight. And that lack of oversight is incredibly serious, and in itself rivals the extremity of any non-human intelligences.

Option A, it’s human, option B it’s not human, either way brings a lot of problems for the Pentagon and at the same time a lot of potential solutions for mankind should they be willing to see it. As for now, we must look to incoming data and decide for ourselves what is currently in the realms of possible. We must ask the questions that are difficult to answer.

Is this black triangle human made? Have we mastered anti-gravity? What about transmedium travel or dead-stop propulsion? Space-Time manipulation? And if so, how long ago did we make this breakthrough? Why has no one else replicated the technology or physics on the civilian world?

We simply do not have the answers at the moment. We know they have interesting data within the UAPTF and other agencies. The question is not if it’s there, the question is what it is and who’s is it.

What we have currently is some very sparse details from the 2020 intelligence report.

The Debrief reported that the black triangle came straight up from the Atlantic Ocean and took off at high speeds, but not before the image was captured in 2019 by an F/A-18 fighter pilot. Whilst the picture remains on a classified server, there is hope that it will be released to the public, either through a process of official release via the United States Government or there is the possibility it may be leaked.

Having spoke with some people associated with this issue, they have all disclosed the difficulty and sensitivity surrounding the release of such information. Releasing the right data at the right time to the right people is absolutely critical. If you release to much you lose your footing and the narrative spins into pushback against the USG and misinformation, too little and the internet finds weird and wonderfully shaped balloons to account for your UAP (they will intervene from a single photo and conclude without asking for more data).

Above: Of the many UK declassified UAP files, available from the National Archives at Kew Gardens, London, is this 23-page ‘Executive Summary’ dating from December 2000, and associated volumes. The photo shown on the right appears in Volume 2 of 3 of the extended report.

Additionally, releasing classified data is a serious offence for someone who holds a security status and those behind the scenes are not in the business of advocating such things for idol curiosity. The other issue would come at the hands of such misinformation: If the photographic evidence of the triangle was leaked, without the governments acknowledgement, without any supporting testimony of Navy Pilots or Radar Operators etc, it would become vulnerable. Pseudo-sceptics, amateur internet sleuths and even some renowned astronomers would fight over each other to find the best way to debunk any photo which dared to challenge the ideology of conservatism. We know this would happen because we witnessed it happen with the ‘Batman’ balloon photo, when a gap in knowledge occurs people will it with their own wants and needs. (Side note to that ‘Batman’ photo, apparently there are additional photos of the ‘balloon’ object although it remains highly sensitive, further investigation was taken and the shape changed upon closer observation. Aka, not a Batman balloon, but possibly a high altitude balloon).

This is a key point here. That absence of data, that sensitive grey area leaves an opportunity for pseudo sceptics to fill the gaps with dangerous speculation which has the potential to damage what we are trying to achieve.

Be warned.

A solitary ambiguous photo of a black triangle falls very much into that grey area. Names of pilots, radar operators, officers and official documentation are required to build a case. We need an assortment of the strike group’s name that sailed off the east coast in 2019 and the contextual situation. We need the F/18 gun camera video footage, although it might be classified, citing sources and methods. This is what builds the ‘unidentified anomalous’ narrative, and pushed us forward.

I was told via various people that we will see the triangle at some point, somehow, in some way, however I just hope it’s with the supportive data it needs to make a compelling case and used in a way that is effective to the remit of ending UAP secrecy.
