WHY UFO’S DON’T LAND ON THE WHITE HOUSE LAWN

‘The Anomalous Phenomena resides in the nexus between consciousness and quantum mechanics’

THERE YOU HAVE IT, your answer to the UFO mystery, that somewhere between the quantum mind and quantum physics lays this bizarre phenomena. Ok, so maybe not. The truth is that the complexity of whatever UFOs/UAP actually are, probably means we won’t have the scientific understanding for a long time to accurately state what the Anomalous origin and nature really is. As the Fmr. Director of AATIP told me in a written interview not long ago, the mystery of UAP will probably need a multitude of disciplines working together to apply research. And this is currently a problem. The lack of theoretical physicists who look into UAP, for example, is a massive issue and instead, we are left with UAP researchers such as myself who have backgrounds in Criminology, Psychology and Neuro rehabilitation rather than Physics, Chemistry and Aerospace. I am not qualified to speak about the quantum phenomena, but if people like me don’t, who will?

We need to find answers to why there are hundreds of reported variations to differing types of disc, pyramids, cylinder, triangle UAP forms that extend beyond an anthropocentric perspective. We also need to stop conclusively applying and imposing our own assumptions onto whatever UAP might be, or what we want them to be, and instead step back and look at the problem objectively.

We can still pose questions that require further official research and find answers as to why they don’t land on the White House lawn.

Anomalous Quantum Entanglement

In 2017, the U.S.S. Nimitz case was thrust into our awareness on the front page of The New York Times, and with it the ‘Tic-Tac’ UAP – an Anomalous object that was able to display the AATIP 5 observables. But more interestingly, the UAP displayed some very interesting behaviours, firstly that the Tic-Tac mirrored Cmdr. Fravor’s manoeuvres as he circled his target, and then the UAP appeared at the CAP point, some 60 miles away – something it wasn’t supposed to know the location of, and it reached the location in seconds.

This is fascinating, and a unique window into possibly the Anomalous psychology (should it have conscious intelligence that is) or maybe, we can see this in terms of a Quantum Anomalous Phenomena. As humans, we like to apply a anthropocentric view to that which we study. We simply assume that UAP are extraterrestrials, and we assume that UAP have beings inside, we assume that the Anomalous have consciousness and intelligence just the same way we do – maybe that is all true, but shouldn’t we also examine alternative theories to their which have dominated Ufology for 70 years?

Again, crudely put, quantum entanglement and its ‘non-locality’ within the quantum mind might explain both the mirroring behaviour of the ‘Tic-Tac’, and the UAP appearing at the CAP point destination. Basically, information was obtained by the UAP in ways we don’t yet fully understand.

Going back to 1935, a famous research paper by Einstein showed how quantum entanglement leads to what’s now called ‘quantum non-locality’, or the ‘spooky effect’ that appears to exist between entangled particles (Fravor/F-18 and the Tic-Tac). If two quantum systems meet and then separate, regardless of distance, even thousands of lightyears, it becomes impossible to measure the features of one system (such as its position, momentum and polarity) without also changing the other system into a correlated, one corresponding state.

The problem is how can particles within specific quantum systems transverse vast distances of space and time without actually transversing it? When examining Einstein’s ‘spooky effect’ most physicists have tested quantum entanglement over space and time. The given assumption is that this non-locality refers to the actual entanglement of given properties across physical space, however, what about if quantum entanglement also shows significant  effects across time?

Yes, this quantum phenomena occurs at the micro-level, but can this be possible at the macro-level? Can the behaviours of the Anomalous be explained effectively by quantum entanglement? The problem with most of this field is a lack of theoretical or practical research, applying quantum physics to the Anomalous is unheard of outside of defense intelligence circles, primarily because the civilian scientific community don’t acknowledge UAP (beyond extraterrestrials).

Anomalous Quantum Superposition of States

One of the most weird things we might encounter on the quantum world is the concept of ‘collapse of the wave function’ - which has most famously been displayed in the double-spilt experiment. Essentially, as I understand it, we have matter and light that can be adopted to both wave and particle form depending on external conditions. Following on from an 1801 experiment by English physicist, Thomas Young, Davisson and Germer then showed in 1927 that the same properties occur in electrons, well before the wave-particle duality of quantum mechanics.

As fascinating as this was for the emergence of quantum mechanics, it also brought into play some very serious theoretical frameworks that struggled to be easily explained by classical physics.

What is so bizarre, is that somehow when the particles in the experiment are observed, to see exactly how they change into a wave (or how they at least act like waves), the particles remain as particles when closely observed, and even after the particles have passed through the double slits and then recorded, the particles still remain as particles. Experiments with crystals that split a photon equally, have also shown that observer influence still effects the result, retrospectively, which brings up questions of quantum entanglement and quantum eraser theories. Also, the double split experiment engages us with the paradox of ‘Quantum Superposition,’ which is when a system (object, particle, etc) exists within two states and in the same place.

A commonly held interpretation of this quantum mechanics paradox is that of the Copenhagen interpretation. Essentially, within the Copenhagen interpretation, a system stops being a superposition of states and becomes either one or the other when an observation takes place. Essentially, the act of measuring the quantum particle, gives it its position.

Observation collapses the wave function

From a strict deterministic perspective, any observation that collapses the wave function is basically a paradox, it is impossible. The cause-consequence nature of a determined universe/reality prevents such a scenario, from the ‘beginning of time’, (aka, the Big Bang), certain outcomes have always been fixed to the timeline of this universe. Such deterministic perspectives dictate, there is no equal chance within that moment, there is always one direction that is based on a historical cause-consequence timeline which act as predictors. Basically, reality is a movie and was always destined to play out that way from the beginning no matter how many times it’s watched.

However. Consider, what if the Anomalous phenomena has no historical timeline as it enters this reality from some-other dimension. The UAP in theory, has nothing to determine its future as it has no past in our reality timeline (a fascinating concept I will discuss later in the chapter). In such a scenario, the UAP has no historical predictors within a superposition of state in this timeline and determined universe.

Let’s look at Schrödinger’s poor cat. A closed metal box contains a cat inside with a poison that has a 50/50 chance of being released, which to the observer, the poison might have an equal chance of being released and not being released. So from the perspective of the observer outside of the box, the cat itself can be considered to be both dead and alive simultaneously due to the equal probability of the toxin being released or not. His theory, despite ignoring a very serious ethical and animal cruelty policy, is the first to describe what is hypothetically happening at the macro level what is seen at the micro (quantum) level. Specifically, Schrödinger’s experiment can be interpreted to mean that while the box is closed, the system (cat) simultaneously exists in a superposition of the states “dead cat” and “living cat”, and that only when the box is opened and an observation performed does the actual wave function collapse into one of the two states. Then as the box opens, the timeline autocorrects a deterministic history to incorporate a dead cat or an alive cat.

Now in reality, or at least from a deterministic perspective, this is a complete paradox, as the poor cat cannot be both dead and alive in such a state within that un-observed box. There have been many ways to try and resolve this conundrum by theoretical physicists. One, proposed by Hugh Everett in 1957 is referred to as the ‘relative state formulation’ or more commonly known today as the ‘Many Worlds’ theory. This is a truly fascinating theoretical proposition to the superposition paradox, in which the wave function doesn’t actually collapse and instead an infinite number of possible worlds are created to resolve the state of superposition. In such cases, the cat in the box both dies and lives as they split into separate contrasting timelines. A similar theory is currently being explored in the Marvel Studios series Loki, available on Disney+.

Another explanation for the superposition paradox might be that paradox’s are a natural part of reality (as much as we humans don’t like them), another explanation could be that such paradox’s are simply our limited understanding of them and additional data required to resolve them.

Interestingly, this is a fascinating concept and argument for quantum consciousness, that our reality might be more interconnected to ourselves and quantum minds than originally thought. Some have argued that it is indeed human observation which resolves the state of superposition – which again is still very much in the realms of philosophical thinking right now. But it does help us to ask questions of UAP. For example, Just as Schrödinger’s cat can exist in a superposition state of both being dead and alive at the same time…..what if the Anomalous phenomena also lingers in such a superposition state within our reality? What if, whatever they are, they are dependent on observation, imprinting and by extension, collective human quantum consciousness. What if they cannot be anything at all without us.

Currently, it must be said that in Ufology at least, there is no extensive, credible literature to suggest that human consciousness influences the creation of the Anomalous at the quantum level, and understandably, this is very extreme. And yet is very interesting.

For the Anomalous to exist in such a state of hypothesised superposition, it would require a lot of complex, difficult to explain, varying scenarios to play out, specifically within our understanding reality itself. And also, it must be considered for the Anomalous to be in such a position, would there must be ‘strict 50/50 probability’ outcome measure that are dependent on removing historical cause-consequence predictors  -  as with Schrödinger’s cat, the paradox occurs through a non-agreed upon reality, a lack of observation which represents a collapse of that specific wave function. It might also suggest that reality itself is dependent on human consciousness to some extent – maybe this physical reality itself is created by a general, agreed upon consensus, of human consciousness (the total number of minds in the universe is one, etc.) that is created ‘moment to moment’, but then collapses into a deterministic timeframe upon our agreed upon observation, and the collapse of the wave function.

Now in terms of probability of the Anomalous’ appearance and behaviours, we might argue that the phenomena/phenomenon could be coming from an entirely different dimension, meaning it has no historical markers of prediction, no previous quantum wave function, and nothing to determine anything about it. Bizarrely, UAP might have no desires, needs, wishes, attitudes or behaviours.

This hypothetically, might then suggest that when something Anomalous interjects into our reality at whatever point in history/future/present, it remains in a quantum superposition until an external point of influence, in this case the collective human (sub)consciousness, imprints upon it and collapses the wave form and it becomes what it is to us.

We might also argue that the limited exposure of UAP (why they don’t land on the White House lawn) and interaction with humans is a byproduct of this continuously unresolved quantum state.

We, in our collective quantum conscious reality, simply haven’t agreed upon what they are.

Do we determine them? Do we give them the appearance and behaviours?

Additionally, if this shared collective human reality is made up of ‘moment to moment’ instances, meaning we all experience the ‘here and now’ which is generated from elsewhere, and possibly perceived by our quantum minds in this 3D space-time - then we would need to accept that a cause-consequence linear reality or specifically a deterministic reality is a masked illusion. If the ‘moment to moment’ reality exists and determinism doesn’t (or some mixed variation), then can we truly accept a compatible reality in which the poor cat is both dead and alive and that UAP are both real and not real simultaneously. Maybe, we haven’t all agreed that UAP are real in any specific given form, from the ‘Mysterious Airships’ of the 19th century, to the ‘Flying Discs’ of the mid 20th century - hence the proposed state of superposition which we associate with this constant game of hide and seek. Is the UAP, both here and not here?

Or potentially, the other theories would say that human ‘non-quantum consciousness’ may not be influential on the argued state of superposition that UAP might experience – it could however be argued that UAP are regulated in two paralleled state as a consequence of their technology, that transverses dimensions or alternative multi-universes.

The difficult question would be, what variables from within human collective consciousness then determines what they are, and how/why the Anomalous behave in the ways they do?

Or would it be more of an individualistic entanglement between the UAP and the quantum mind?

Is proximity a factor in such imprinting?

Why are there hundreds of reported variations from the similar types of vehicles (discs, triangles, cylinders, etc), and why is there hundreds of variations of weird ‘beings’ in contact cases? (Particularly in the 20th century).

There are a lot of problematic questions that arise due to this theory, but that shouldn’t stop us from asking extreme questions, after all, the entire issue of UAP is just as extreme. Either way, we need official research to answer fundamental questions about them, us and our shared reality.

So why don’t they land on the White House lawn? Maybe it has very little to do with us humans, or, maybe it has everything to do with us.
